The first trailer for Prey 2 opens with a breathtaking aerial shot of a vast, untamed wilderness. Thick forests, jagged mountains, and winding rivers stretch as far as the eye can see. The camera glides over the landscape, revealing a world untouched by modern civilization. The wind howls, and the sound of distant thunder rumbles in the background, creating an atmosphere of foreboding.

Cut to a close-up of Naru (Amber Midthunder), the fierce Comanche warrior who survived the first encounter with the Predator. Her face is hardened with determination, scars visible from the brutal battle she fought years ago. She stands atop a rocky outcrop, scanning the horizon, her breath visible in the cold air. A voiceover begins: “We thought we had seen the worst… but something darker is coming.”

The trailer quickly shifts to a series of tense scenes showing the Comanche tribe preparing for a new threat. Elders gather around a fire, whispering in hushed tones about strange omens and sightings of something unnatural. Hunters return from the woods with stories of mutilated animals and eerie sounds that echo in the night. The tension mounts as the familiar clicking sound of the Predator’s cloaking device can be heard faintly in the background.

The music swells as we see flashes of intense action: Naru and her tribe navigating through dense forests, setting traps, and training in preparation for what they know is coming. A new, more advanced Predator is revealed — sleeker, deadlier, and equipped with enhanced technology. Its eyes glow a menacing red in the darkness, and its new arsenal includes weapons that have never been seen before.

The camera cuts to a series of confrontations: a brutal hand-to-hand fight in the pouring rain, Naru wielding a tomahawk with deadly precision; a nighttime chase through the forest as the Predator stalks its prey; and a narrow escape through a raging river, where the hunter becomes the hunted. The stakes are higher, and the odds more dangerous, as Naru’s voiceover returns: “This time, we know it. This time, we fight together.”

The trailer reveals a new element: the arrival of European settlers, unknowingly walking into a war they do not understand. Tensions between the Comanche and the settlers escalate, but they soon realize they have a common enemy that will require them to join forces or perish. Quick flashes show uneasy alliances forming, as both groups prepare for an all-out assault against the Predator.

The pace quickens with a montage of heart-pounding sequences: arrows flying, the Predator’s advanced weaponry firing in all directions, explosive traps being set off, and a glimpse of a final, desperate showdown in a snowy, moonlit clearing. The camera zooms in on Naru’s face, her eyes filled with both fear and resolve. She whispers, “It’s not just about survival… it’s about justice.”

The trailer crescendos with a series of rapid cuts, revealing the Predator’s true nature and its evolving tactics. It ends with a chilling scene: Naru standing alone in the forest, her breath steady and calm, her tomahawk gripped tightly in her hand. The forest is silent… too silent. Suddenly, the Predator’s distorted growl fills the air, and Naru’s eyes narrow, ready for the fight of her life.

The screen cuts to black, and the title card appears: Prey 2. The trailer concludes with the tagline: “The hunt continues – Summer 2024.”
