The first look at Jurassic World 4: Rebirth opens with an eerie calm over Isla Nublar, its once-thriving ecosystems now overgrown and silent. The camera pans through the dense jungle, where remnants of the Jurassic World theme park lie abandoned and reclaimed by nature. Suddenly, a roar pierces the stillness, reminding viewers of the ancient giants that still roam the island.
Scarlett Johansson’s character, Dr. Evelyn Grant, a brilliant but enigmatic paleogeneticist, steps into view, her face illuminated by the flickering light of a campfire. She is part of a covert mission to the island, tasked with uncovering the secrets left behind by the now-defunct genetic engineering company. Her voiceover begins, “We thought we could control nature… but nature has its own plans.”
The scene cuts to glimpses of new dinosaurs never before seen, including a terrifying, feathered predator stalking its prey and a massive herbivore shaking the ground with its every step. Interspersed with these scenes are action-packed sequences: Dr. Grant and her team racing through dense foliage as they’re pursued by a pack of raptors, dramatic close encounters with towering brachiosaurs, and tense moments in underground labs hidden deep beneath the island.
Hints of a conspiracy unfold, suggesting a new organization is using the genetic material left on the island for their own purposes — a plan that could threaten not just the island, but the entire world. The tension escalates as the footage shows Dr. Grant and her team battling both dinosaurs and the mysterious forces working against them.
The teaser ends with a cliffhanger: a colossal dinosaur footprint fills the screen as Dr. Grant looks up, wide-eyed, just before the screen cuts to black. The title card appears: Jurassic World 4: Rebirth (2025), followed by the release date.
